About Me
Who Is Lee Kheng?
Lee Kheng, is a leadership coach, partnering with you to explore possibilities and options to achieve your full potential and embrace change.
She is authentic, using the art and science of “dancing in the moment” to active listening, partner and co-create a new perspective and development goals.
During pandemic, she supports kids and adults in life coaching to navigate through uncertainties.
Prior to coaching, she is a certified trainer, facilitator, talent management leader to improve organizational, team, and individual effectiveness. She co-create with stakeholders from consumer business, chemical, mining and aviation industry in crafting organizational & leadership development initiatives.

What is coaching?
- ICF (International Coaching Federation) definition of coaching ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
- Coaching is a creative process & safe space where the coach facilitates client insight and learning by using tools and techniques such as powerful questioning, silence, metaphor, etc to move forward.
- On a different perspective, a coach, is a long motor vehicle with comfortable seats, used to take groups of people on journeys (Cambridge definition) from point A to point B. Traditionally, a coach is a closed horse-drawn carriage moving from a place to another.
